  • PLEASE NOTE:  In order to schedule an event, you must call the farm and complete all required information to be sure you have a reserved space, a tour of the farm and other details.  You must have a completed TOUR FORM, signed and returned to the farm to save your date and time.

  • Dates & Times

    • Fall 2019 - Senior Tour Days Monday, September 16th and Tuesday September 17th.  Senior tours are $8 per person.  Groups must preregister and completed a tour guide registration form. 

    • Must have -12- paying residents on the day of the event to schedule. Staff may not be counted in that number. Tour fee is waived for staff, but the staff fee is $4 for pie and beverage.

    • If your group would like to bring a sack lunch to the farm, arrival can be scheduled for 11:30, if not, arrival will be scheduled for 12:15. Tours will be 12:30 to 2. Shopping can be planned for 2 until 2:30.

    • One or more groups will be scheduled together.

    • We have an open sided building for unloading wheel chairs and for loading the bus at departure.

    • If requested ahead of time, we can bring the animals to the edge of the building to assist those who have challenges getting around.

    • We can also bring herbs, flowers and other interactive portions of the tour to the building to give those with challenges the experience of being at the farm. Just let us know - we love to share the farm with our guests!

  • When calling, be sure to give the number of guests and the number of residents. Family of residents will be charged the same prices as residents. An estimate of the number attending the farm is needed to set up the tour. Sweetapple Farm must know the amount that will be having pie by 9:00 AM the day before your tour.

  • Senior Tour Package

    The tour includes a garden tour, time with the animals, pumpkin carving demonstration, shopping in our market, piece of pumpkin pie with coffee or bottled water.  Duration of tour is 90 minutes.  Arrival needs to be the amount of time it would take to dismiss the guests from the buses.  It can be made to be handicapped accessible in one building with little walking.  Groups must have at least 10 paying residents to schedule.

  • What to wear

    • Casual, comfortable clothes should be worn to the farm

    • Sturdy shoes (no flip-flops)
