2001- The Jersey Cow

Here she is -This is a side view of the 2001 corn maze.  You can see the cow's heart in the middle and trace her outline from there.  Also, notice the word Sweetapple written into the maze above her back.

The maze is not on flat ground - sometimes that's hard to find here in Southeastern Ohio!

After the tremendous success of the Jack-O-Lantern Maze in 2000, we decided to take on another challenge and make it a challenge for our guests!  The maze for 2001 was in the shape of a giant Jersey Cow.  Those trekking through the maze were able to learn about the Jersey breed, the milk they produce, how cows eats, how long they lives and much more! 

In 2000, the early frost caused the corn maze to turn brown, but it was still tons of fun to get lost in the paths and to learn about farming along the way!  This group got turned around a few times, but eventually found their way out!
