• Dates & Times

  • We are open by appointment from April to December (15 or more only)

  • For groups - we are open anytime by appointment.

  • We can schedule an event during our public weekends in September and October and the first weekend in November.

  • For group events and tours, you can schedule on evenings during the week. For groups over 100 - you can schedule the entire farm for an evening (Monday-Thursday) just for your group.

  • Most parties spend 3-4 hours at the farm.

  • Complimentary building space will be reserved for 2-hours with a scheduled tour

• Building Space

  • The Bankfront Barn & Market...Our old-fashioned gambrel, bankfront barn provides a beautiful space for events. General seating - 140; Dinner/Dance - 100. Of course, there is enough room around the entire farmstead for larger groups if casual, depending on what type of event you would like to have. Space is 32x40. Under the barn is our market sales area from August 10 until November 10. BUT - The rest of the year, this space holds up to 50 guests for a meal type event and can be heated or cooled to make an event more enjoyable. 

  • Charles & John's Machinery Shed...Contrary to the name, this building will add extra space for events for medium sized groups. General seating - 140; Dinner/Dance - 100. Walls are already decorated with giant farm equipment logos. Space is 45x30

  • Vera's Tool Shed...This is the old livery on the farm, so it has two sides for your event.  General event - 30; all sit-down - 20. 

  • Tables and benches are provided in each space.  Other items can be brought to the farm.

  • We can host groups up to 400 at the farm. 

• Food & Beverages

  • Let us do the work for your group! 

    • We can provide food to meet your needs or we will work with caterers to make your event special. 

    • General menu includes roast-your-own hotdogs with fixins, country-style cole slaw, country-style baked beans, s'more kits to roast on the fire, lemonade and iced tea. Sorry, no alcohol is allowed on the farm. 

    • Cooking fires are provided as well as roasting sticks.

  • If you bring your own food - no roasters are allowed.  Please ask for details.

  • We have recommendations for local food options and have the Village Cakery across the road.

• What to wear

  • Play clothes should be worn to the farm

  • Sturdy shoes (no flip-flops)

• Fees

  • Depends upon type of event, time of the year and staff needed for us to assist.

  • Minimum 15 paying guests (30 total tickets) to receive free building space.

  • Groups must pay together in order to get reserved space or reserved tickets.

  • Payment should be with a personal or group check.  We accept purchase orders.  Please set this type of payment up when scheduling your event.
