  • Overview

    • The fee includes a building space for two hours and tickets. Tickets are used for hayride, corn maze or pumpkin painting (maze and pumpkin painting are fall only).

    • Most parties plan for cake and presents during the two hours, with activities to follow. To be sure you all get on the same hayride, you'll need to choose a hayride time.

    • Review the items below, then call us with your choices and we'll get the fun started! 740-678-7447

  • Dates & Times to Choose

    • We are open to the public on weekends in September and October.

    • We are open by appointment for birthday parties from April to October (15 or more only)

    • Most parties spend 2-4 hours at the farm. That's usually 2-hours in a building and 2-hours doing activities.

  • Building Space & Sizes

    • The Bankfront Barn...Our old-fashioned gambrel, bankfront barn provides a beautiful space for events. General seating - 140; Dinner/Dance - 100. Of course, there is enough room around the entire farmstead for larger groups if casual, depending on what type of event you would like to have. Space is 32x40.

    • Charles & John's Machinery Shed...Contrary to the name, this building will add extra space for events for medium sized groups. General seating - 140; Dinner/Dance - 100. Walls are already decorated with giant farm equipment logos. Space is 45x30

    • Vera's Tool Shed...This is the old livery on the farm, so it has two sides for your event.  General event - 30.

    • The Country View Room is the other half of the Cattle Barn (where the wooden cows are located). Seats 50 or so.

    • Tables and benches are provided in each space.  Other items can be brought to the farm. NO percolators or roasters!

  • Cake, Food & Beverages

    • You can bring your own, or have us help.

    • Depending on the size of events, we can provide food to meet your needs or we will work with caterers to make your event special. FALL birthday parties cannot have caterers due to the turnover schedule at the farm.

    • General menus for birthdays and anniversary parties have included roasting hotdogs over an open fire, country-style cole slaw and baked beans, chips and drinks. Sorry, no alcohol is allowed on the farm.

    • Cooking fires are provided as well as roasting sticks.

    • If you bring your own food - no roasters are allowed.  Please ask for details.

    • We have recommendations for local food options and have the Village Cakery nearby at 901 Warrior Drive; Vincent, Ohio 45784.
